You can use every tool without registering, logging in or providing any personal information. There are no user accounts in this version of the toolkit.

Your lists stay in your browser

Saved lists (such as student names and vocabulary), favorites, theme, sound preferences and tool settings are stored locally in your browser using localStorage. This data is never sent to our servers and is not visible to us — it only exists on the device and browser you used to create it.

Clearing browser storage removes your data

Because everything is stored locally, clearing your browser’s site data (or using private/incognito mode) may remove your saved lists and preferences. If a list matters to you, keep a copy somewhere safe — every list has a copy button for exactly this.

Analytics

We use Vercel Web Analytics to understand overall traffic — which pages and tools are visited, and roughly where from. It is cookieless: it does not use tracking cookies, does not build a profile of you, and cannot identify you personally. It reports aggregated counts (for example, “this page had 40 views today”), not individual browsing histories. See Vercel’s privacy policy for details on how they process this data.

Advertising

This site shows ads served by Google AdSense. Google and its advertising partners use cookies and similar technologies (such as device identifiers) to serve ads based on your prior visits to this and other websites, and to measure ad performance. This means some of your browsing activity may be shared with Google for ad personalization, and Google may set or read cookies when a page loads.

You can see and adjust the ad personalization Google uses at Google Ads Settings, or opt out of personalized advertising from participating providers at aboutads.info (US) or youronlinechoices.eu (EU). Cookies

The toolkit itself does not set cookies — your saved lists and preferences use localStorage, not cookies. Cookies you may see on this site come from Google AdSense, for the advertising purposes described above. If you are in the European Economic Area, you will be shown a consent choice before any personalized-ad cookies are set, in line with Google’s EU User Consent Policy.

Children’s privacy

Teacher’s Ultimate Toolkit is built for teachers to use in the classroom, not for direct use by children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If a tool is displayed to students on a shared screen, no student data is entered anywhere that leaves the teacher’s own device.

Scope of this note

This page describes the current version: no accounts, local-only lists and preferences, cookieless aggregated analytics, and ad-related cookies from Google AdSense. If what we collect or share changes in a future version, this page will be updated first. Questions about this policy can be sent through the details on our About page.
