Privacy

No account required
You can use every tool without registering, logging in or providing any personal information. There are no user accounts in this version of the toolkit.
Your lists stay in your browser
Saved lists (such as student names and vocabulary), favorites, theme, sound preferences and tool settings are stored locally in your browser using localStorage. This data is never sent to our servers and is not visible to us — it only exists on the device and browser you used to create it.
Clearing browser storage removes your data
Because everything is stored locally, clearing your browser’s site data (or using private/incognito mode) may remove your saved lists and preferences. If a list matters to you, keep a copy somewhere safe — every list has a copy button for exactly this.
Analytics
We use Vercel Web Analytics to understand overall traffic — which pages and tools are visited, and roughly where from. It is cookieless: it does not use tracking cookies, does not build a profile of you, and cannot identify you personally. It reports aggregated counts (for example, “this page had 40 views today”), not individual browsing histories. See Vercel’s privacy policy for details on how they process this data.
Advertising
This site does not currently show any third-party advertising. The toolkit is kept free through optional donations — you’ll find a “Buy me a coffee” link in the header and footer, powered by Ko-fi. Clicking it takes you to ko-fi.com, a separate site with its own privacy policy — nothing is shared with Ko-fi unless you choose to click through.
We may add advertising (such as Google AdSense) in the future to help keep the toolkit free. If we do, this section — and the Cookies section below — will be updated first, before any ad-related cookies or third-party data sharing begins, along with clear instructions for opting out of ad personalization.
Cookies
The toolkit itself does not set cookies — your saved lists and preferences use localStorage, not cookies. Vercel Web Analytics (above) is cookieless. At this time, this site does not use any advertising or tracking cookies. If that changes, this section will be updated first, and — if you are in the European Economic Area — you will be shown a consent choice before any ad-related cookies are set.
Children’s privacy
Teacher’s Ultimate Toolkit is built for teachers to use in the classroom, not for direct use by children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If a tool is displayed to students on a shared screen, no student data is entered anywhere that leaves the teacher’s own device.
Scope of this note
This page describes the current version: no accounts, local-only lists and preferences, cookieless aggregated analytics, no advertising or tracking cookies, and an optional donation link via Ko-fi. If what we collect or share changes in a future version — including if we add advertising — this page will be updated first. Questions about this policy can be sent to funusefuldigitalproducts@gmail.com.
