About this tool

This tool keeps track of a simple but surprisingly demanding game: each student has to say a word that starts with the last letter of the word before theirs, and the chain keeps building around the room. Project it so everyone can see the current word and the letter they need to beat, which cuts down on the "wait, what letter?" confusion mid-game. It's a natural warm-up for building vocabulary recall on the spot, or a quick filler when you've got five minutes left and want something verbal rather than written. Start a chain and pass the turn around the class.
